Spice is seeking a dynamic and innovative development co-ordinator for a secondment at United Welsh Housing Association. You will be responsible for developing a new time banking project, designed to engage tenants and the wider community. During your year-long secondment you will lead on the co-design and implementation process across the housing association. You will work in partnership with supported housing projects, tenant’s forums, local community organisations and training and apprentice programmes. You will work with the Spice team to develop this approach into a ‘toolkit’ to be marketed to other social landlords and for promotion with policy makers. Following the year-long secondment; subject to successfully securing future contracts, you will be based with the core Spice team and will work with other housing associations to develop new time banking projects. You will be an experienced development worker who has the ability to design, implement and evaluate new projects in partnership with service users. You will need to be a natural facilitator, adaptable, dynamic and entrepreneurial.
