The Lean Systems Champions Programme, developed by The Improvement Consultancy and promoted jointly with CHC, provides a unique opportunity to improve the way your services are designed, delivered and managed, with the goal of providing better services and enhanced value for customers. The programme has been developed for the Welsh housing sector and is delivered through a series of learning workshops, intervention networks, project work, and professional on site coaching. The programme will develop a team of lean systems champions within the housing sector in Wales, building on existing good practice and learning. Programme alumni will be encouraged to continue to meet and share solutions with sector colleagues on completion of the 18 month programme.
