How can I give feedback on a CHC event I have attended?
Feedback forms will either be included in your delegate pack or will be sent to you electronically after the event. If you would like to send some feedback directly to a member of staff, please send your comments to rhian-robinson@chcymru.org.uk.
How can I get a copy of a presentation / handout from a CHC event I have attended?
All presentations will be available from the Past events page the week after the event takes place. Please contact us if the presentation you are looking for does not appear on the website.
I can’t attend an event – will I still be charged?
Conferences: For residential places, the full fee will be payable if you cancel 30 days or less before the event. For non residential places, if you cancel between 15 and 30 days before the event, 50% of the total fee will be payable. If you cancel 14 days or less before the event, the full fee will be payable. Registered delegates who do not attend on the day must pay the full fee.
Forums and Networks: Registered delegates who do not attend on the day must pay the full fee.
Training courses: If you cancel 14 days or more before the event, there will be no charge. If you cancel between 8 and 14 days before the event, 50% of the total fee will be payable. Less than 8 days before the event, the full fee will be payable. Registered delegates who do not attend on the day must pay the full fee.
All cancellations or amendments to bookings must be made in writing.
How can I get involved with a CHC Network or Forum?
If you would like to join a Network or Forum, please contact the relevant person below. Please note that if you keep your contact details and preferences updated via the website (update your contact details), you will automatically be sent information on the areas you are interested in.
