News Feeds

What are News Feeds?

Our news feeds allow a user to see when we have added new news content to our website. You can get our latest news as soon as it's published without having to keep checking back to the site.

How do I start using feeds?

The first thing you need is something called a news reader. The news reader checks the feed and updates when new stories have been added, you can also view the news stories from inside the news reader. There are many different versions, some of which are accessed using a browser, and some of which are downloadable applications.

Browser based readers let you catch up with your latest feeds from any computer.

Downloadable applications store all of the stories from your feeds on your main computer in the same way as an email client downloads and stores your emails.

Once you have chosen a news reader look for the orange RSS button as pictured below.

When you click on the RSS button you can subscribe to the feed by copying and pasting the provided URL into your news reader.
