Over the past year a lot has changed in the social housing sector, the publication of the Essex Report challenged us to engage with the process, commit to the opportunities, to enter partnerships at all levels, be leaner, quicker and smarter at delivering, do more, encourage innovation, stretch the available finances and exploit new sources of finance.
The annual conference to held at Venue Cymru, Llandudno on 20/21st November will address these issues with the ideal mix of political, business and motivational speakers. First Minister Rhodri Morgan AM will begin the conference and a first for the conference will be a ministerial debate on housing with Jocelyn Davies AM, representing the Colation government, Mark Isherwood AM, Conservatives and Peter Black AM, Liberal Democrats.

The conference will also be a showcase for effective partnership with workshops highlighting schemes with CHC members and Local Government.
