The Assembly is seeking views on the proposal to bring forward a Statutory Instrument which would amend the regulations on services regulated by the Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales (CSIW). The purpose of the measure is to bring the existing regulations into line with two key developments - the reform of regulatory practice, and the new framework on handing complaints in local authority social services.
